where we train

virtual training

Our personal training sessions are offered virtually, which means you can work out with us from just about anywhere! All you need is a computer or mobile device with internet access, and a free account on the ZOOM app. (Not computer-savvy? Don’t worry! We’ll walk you through the simple steps.)

Learn how to use the resources available to you - like your own body weight, common household items, or home exercise equipment - to get a GREAT workout, without the gym. Feeling your best has never been more convenient!

outdoor training

During COVID-19, we offer outdoor one-on-one training on a limited basis to those in the Long Beach, CA area, and follow strict social distancing practices. Outdoor in-person sessions are reserved for those clients with special circumstances that make virtual training not possible.

If you’d like to request in-person outdoor training sessions, you can do so through our CONTACT FORM, or by calling us at (562) 243-2221.

virtual classes

Our virtual group classes can help you stay healthy, stay active, and stay connected… Like virtual training, all our group classes are held via ZOOM, and are fun mix of cardio, strength, and functional training to leave you feeling empowered and energized.

Tired of ZOOM? Not anymore! We know the best workouts are the ones you look forward to, so every class is designed to be as fun as it is effective.

“We were reluctant initially to try PD class and personal training on ZOOM. But our very patient trainers walked us through the whole process (and even a second and third time when we would flounder). Now we can use ZOOM with ease! We feel our ZOOM training and classes are absolutely essential to maintaining our health and fitness..”
