Optimal health and fitness – throughout pregnancy and into motherhood! Recreation Fitness MOMMY Fit Camp (Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30-10:30am) is specially designed for prenatal and postpartum fitness!  You will feel incredible energy, release, and camaraderie playing in the fresh air with other moms and moms-to-be.

Please note: this class is open to ALL women – motherhood is not required! 🙂

Like all of our other classes, there is a creative mix of cardio and full-body strength training, but a strong emphasis on CORE conditioning (using yoga, pilates, and C.H.E.K. training principles), making this fit camp a fantastic way to ensure a happy pregnancy and a quick recovery!  Modifications will be made for the varying stages of your pregnancy… but you CAN workout safely and comfortably.

You will:

  • lose baby fat and inches
  • regain core strength and endurance
  • minimize pregnancy aches and pains
  • prepare for childbirth and quick recovery
  • make your post-baby body outshine your pre-baby one

Infants and toddlers are welcome!  You will be pleasantly surprised just how engaged they will be with the vibrant outdoor energy of the workout.

What to Bring:

  • a stroller and/or blanket for your little one
  • yoga mat or beach towel for yourself
  • water
  • 5-lb dumbbells
  • completed registration form
  • a great attitude!
