Conquer the Hill

hill-classOur CONQUER THE HILL class meets (2) Fridays a month at 5:30-6:30am at Signal Hill. Class size is limited, and RSVP is required: sign up on our class calendar, or by emailing me directly.

Our Hill Class is for ALL fitness levels – everyone is challenged, but no one is left behind. Let’s show the hill who’s boss as the sun rises over Long Beach…

FAQ:
Will I have to run? Runners will run, walkers will walk, and everyone will sweat.
Will I be back to my car by 6:30am? Yes, we know most everyone has to dash off to work right after, so we start PROMPTLY at 5:30am and will have you back at you car by 6:30am.
What do I bring? Your fun pants, water, and a mat. No dumbbells necessary.
Where do we meet exactly? Meet us on the corner of E. Hill St. and Obispo Ave, at the base of the hill, and we’ll walk up together for warm-up. You can park in the business lot or on the street.
Do I need to eat breakfast? YES. Eating something before you come, even a few tiny bites. You’ll want the fuel for energy, and plan to eat a complete breakfast after.
