At Recreation Fitness, we take a playful approach to all our group classes, because we know that if you look forward to your workouts and feel better after every one, you’re much more likely to stay active for LIFE. Plus, why NOT make it fun?!

What to Bring to Class:
- water for all outdoor classes
- completed Registration Packet (in order to save time, please print packet, fill it out completely, and bring it with you to your first class). Some participants may also need to bring written physician’s consent for exercise.
- yoga mat or beach towel for the grass/floor
- 5-lb dumbbells for (fit camp / mommy fit camp)
