Easy Salmon Salad

RecFit Trainer/Instructor Joy loves simple, healthy recipes, and this one is no exception! this easy-to-make salad is great in a sandwich, resting in an endive boat, or sitting pretty on a pile of greens…

  • one can wild caught salmon
  • one stalk diced celery
  • handful of finely minced parsley
  • approx. 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp of mustard (your favorite Dijon or powdered)
  • lemon for flavor if you have it
  • optional drizzle of olive oil to (help bind)

Mix, and serve!
