Complete the Day

If you haven’t exercised today, your day is not yet complete. Whether it is a trip to the gym, a hike with friends, an after-work stroll through the neighborhood, or your favorite exercise class, make exercise a part of your daily routine (like brushing your teeth or putting on your shoes), and watch your fitness goals become attainable.

Change it up to avoid boredom and to challenge yourself: if the weather is nice, take your workout outdoors for a bike ride, jog through the park, or fit camp class! If you prefer indoors, head to the nearest indoor pool and swim laps in the heated water, or grab your yoga mat and head to class (or your living room floor). Moving your body not only aids in digestion and stimulates your metabolism, it also improves circulation and benefits all the systems in your body!

Don’t just sit there, get up and DO something – your day is not complete without it!
